k8s 最小化安装的 kubesphere，KS-apiserver启动报错，是版本不支持？
K8S 版本： Kubelet versionv1.28.9-aliyun.1
ks-apiserver 版本：kubesphere/ks-apiserver:v3.3.1
错误信息：
